Exotic Ciwidey White Crater

Ciwidey White Crater is one of the favorite natural tourist objects in Bandung which offers exotic natural beauty that is rarely found in other areas. Ciwidey White Crater Tour is located on Jl. Raya Soreang Ciwidey or about 25 km from Bandung Regency.

The white crater is a crater lake from Mount Patuha with an altitude of 2,434 meters above sea level with temperatures between 8-22°C. At the top of Mount Patuha, there is the Saat Crater, which means receding in Sundanese, which is in the west, and below it is the White Crater with an altitude of 2,194 meters above sea level. The two craters were formed by eruptions that occurred around the X and XII centuries ago.

To get to the White Crater Tourism Area, visitors can use the following travel routes: Visitors from outside Bandung who use four-wheeled vehicles can pass the Kopo Toll Exit, pass through the cut and continue to Soreang, from the afternoon continue to Ciwidey and arrive at the location of the white crater. Meanwhile, for alternative routes, you can use the Buah Batu toll road.

Meanwhile, for visitors who use public transportation, access to the white crater can be reached by using the Leuwi Panjang terminal route and then proceeding to the Ciwidey terminal to continue to the White Crater location.
